Appointment Arrival Window

• Please allow a 30-minute window before and after your scheduled appointment time.
  
  

• Because we work with live animals and travel between appointments, traffic or pet-related delays may cause us to arrive slightly earlier or later.
  
  

• If we anticipate running early or late, we’ll send you a text update.
  
  

• If you are unavailable within this window, please notify us when scheduling your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
  
  

Cancellation fees:

• • $50 per scheduled hour, per pet if canceled less than 48 hours before your appointment.
    
    

  • Same-day cancellations or cancellations upon arrival will be charged the full price of the groom.
    
    

• If we arrive and you are not home or we cannot access your pet, the appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the fee will apply.
  
  

• Last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill and often result in a loss of revenue, so we appreciate your understanding and communication.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the end of your grooming appointment unless other arrangements are discussed in advance.
  
  

• Payments made after 5:00 PM on the day of service will be considered late and will incur a $25 late fee per day.

Anal Gland Policy

• Based on veterinary recommendations, Pawlished Puppies does not perform internal anal gland expressions, as this should be done by a licensed veterinarian.
  
  

• If requested before your appointment, we can check your pet’s anal glands externally and notify you if a vet visit may be necessary.

Photo & Media Release

• Pawlished Puppies may take photos of your pet for client records, the company website, or social media pages.
  
  

• All photos taken remain the property of Pawlished Puppies, but we’re happy to share them with you upon request.
  
  

• If you do not want photos of your pet used, please notify us prior to your appointment.
  
  

Parking & Access Requirements

• We operate a full-size truck with a 16-foot grooming trailer and may need to block your driveway during your appointment.
  
  

• Please ensure sufficient parking space is available before our arrival.
  
  

• Once the generator is running, the trailer cannot be moved until the grooming session is complete.

Pet Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Clients must bring their dogs to the trailer upon arrival and pick them up from the trailer once grooming is complete.
  
  

• If you are unable to do so, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements.

Communication & Expectations

• Please communicate any potential issues, delays, or special needs that could affect your appointment in advance.
  
  

• This allows us to provide the safest and best possible experience for your pet and maintain our schedule effectively.
